i dont really have a schedule
i eat 3 whole eggs 4 egg whites
2 pieces 100% whole wheat toast with anpb in the morning.
next i drink a shake.
dinner i eat 2 cans of tuna with rice.
drink another shake
chicken breast or steak with spinach for supper and in between the shakes i eat like nuts,cottage cheese, and low fat cheese and i also eat potatoes.
is that a good diet?
