I used to take everyday as "no cheat day" but now I have realized that EVERYONE deserves a CHEAT DAY once in awhile....Eat up my friends tommorrow is a new day. Enjoy the holiday with your family and friends. Post up what you actually ate....Lol One day out of the year wont kill ya! :

When it comes to the holidays I enjoy! They don't call it a holiday for nothing. But keep in mind I still hit the gym and do cardio so there is still a degree of maintenance.

Boy did I eat up !! My mother-in-law thinks you have got to eat at least 4 plates full and then desert before you leave. I call that a CHEAT Day. I had to take a nap before we could drive back home, LOL.
