i did 3 sets bench 10 reps, 2 sets close grip bench 10 reps,2 sets dips to failure, 4 sets tricep pressdown 10 reps, incline dumbell press(were rather shaky), then lying tricep dumbbell extensions which i could not hold the barbells up without them wobbling and going everywhere. didnt feel safe doin the extensions becuase of how wobbly i was so i didnt do them. for future reference should i do dumbell exercises first? or could it just simply be the switch from 5x5 to 10 reps?
