Add alcohol to any situation involving a 20 year old person and their thought process does not involve what the future holds for them. Then add in the testosterone that is flowing at a large party involving college age athletes, and anything is possible. What someone would not do while sober is totally different from what they might do while drunk.

It's not stupid if you're sure you're going to get away with it. The amount of stereotyping on this thread is crazy. She's a stripper so she must be easy. She's got a kid so she must be after money. They're rich and thought they were above the law. The truth is somewhere in the middle.

After re-reading my post, I realized that I made some huge generalizations with stereotypes. I apoligize if I offended anyone.. This is kind of one of those race, religion topics that you never bring up at the in-laws dinner..

Reguardless, I do hope that there isnt a race card being pulled on the lax team. Likewise, I hope the lax team didn't force anything on an unsuspecting person. Either way, both parties will get what they deserve....

I doubt that girl was raped and I'm sure nothing will ever come of the allegations.

She was an escort, not a stripper, basically a prostitute. She was there with another escort and neither of them had any type of security with them. Any reputable escort service would send someone with them, especially if it was a party like that. Both of them were getting ready to leave and then decided to GO BACK IN the party. If it was as bad as they say, they would have gotten the hell out of there when they had the chance.

Does it suprise you that white college kids at Duke are racist? Especially guys on the Lacrosse team? They are rich and have grown up privileged their entire lives. They may be racist, but they are not dumb enough to rape some skank escort at a party with 50 other guys there.

She was dumb for going there, staying there and they were dumb for getting her in the first place.

When it comes down to it though, nobody will be able to prove anything. I'm sure the Duke players will be able to afford good attorneys that would tear any allegations to hell if anyone actually is charged.

When you become a fireman, there are certain risks you know about going into the job. You might die in a fire being one of them.
When you become an house calling stripper, getting raped or abused (especially withouth having a bodyguard or driver with you) is one of those things you are willing to risk.

LOL, yeah it looks like that stripper was fucked up in more ways than one before she got to the party!! This is going to be one lesson those Lacrosse players will definately learn from - you cant un-ring a bell! I just hope that they either press charges against her, or they release her identity since her accusations were bullshit.

Another thing. My school is about 8% black, most of which are athletes with scholarships.

the black population of this country is only like 12%. A school shouldnt strive to accept more students of a certain race unless they are way under represented. A news story came out saying they didnt find any DNA evidence of any of the players on the woman Story
