That's crazy good to get that much protein and so little calories , I would keep that as ur diet bro.. but it does seem a little low

A bro on another board suggested garlic for inflamation. Gonna try it tomorrow.
 
Garlic supplement or fresh garlic? I'll be interested in seeing how it works for you bro.

rub some emu oil on them shoulders.. shit is amazing.

I usually put a hemp oil on my salad, cook with coconut oil or drink coconut milk, garlic extract is great too. Quercetin and green tea I've noticed help.

Avoid dairy and gluten if you feel it acting up.
