Yeah I should. For some reason I just dont have any appetite. That has never never been a prob for me...ever! So after seeing what my numbers are it is my goal to get the 1 gram of protein in no matter what!
 
Good stuff bro !!!!, same for me lately ,I have to shove food down my throat lol.. Thats why I make those massive 2000 calorie shakes with 140g of protein lol,

Ok so u don't like raw eggs but this is what I put in my shake every morning , 6 whole eggs ,2 cups of oatmeal, 2 scoops of whey..1 cup of
Milk , 1 table spoon olive oil , so u could put cottage cheese instead of raw eggs lol
