How big (gauge and length) of a need to do you? Or do you transfer to a slin pin 1/2 inch?

Also what area do you pin at on the chest? I could only think of the upper outer region feeling my own chest.. but my chest probably isn't as built as yours? Maybe the inner middle area could work too. Do you flex? My chest is just so small to me it'd feel like I'd be going to puncture a lung if I didn't flex to put the needle in. Lol

I use a 25ga x 1" pin bro.
There is a major vein that runs down the center of the pecs from the top going to the nipple. So anywhere away from that is where I pin bro. Along the edges on all 3 sides, to about 1/4 of the way in toward the center line running vertically. If that makes sense to you. If not then ask me more.
I prolly go about 1/2" deep. You can shoot just about as much as you want too.
Never flex when you pin bro. A relaxed muscle is a mostly painless injection.

Well what can I say about these nasty lil fuckers??
Really bros if you have not tried these you really owe to yourself to do it at least once.

Today I got a full 3 rounds in, inside of 10 min by 30 seconds. Now I know that I should have done another round but I really felt like I was gonna barf up my small intestine so I just said fuck it.

Here is what I did,
Walk 1 lap
Metcon A
Pull UP 12 12 10
Swings 7 8 7 55 Lb DBL (each arm)
Burpees 9 9 10

That took 9min 30 seconds.
I know that RJ says to count down from 3 and thats fine for immortals like him. But for me realistically its like try like hell not to faint...oh and remember to count like RJ said...FUCK! yeah right..... so I think I prolly had a 7-10 count inbetween rounds.

And I dont really feel too bad about that extra time either. I mean isnt there like an age curve or something??wtf...
Really tho I am working toward that 3,2,1 count, in this life even...just like RJ said.

Holy shit that's a big salad lol. Just a heads up, dairy isn't the best choice when cutting. Ham is most likely loaded with sodium as well. Clear dairy out and keep sodium low and you should def notice a big difference....just food for thought bro :heart:
