I think I dislocated my heart, but at least I didnt puke or anything else embarasing ....I hate these nasty little mofos so much. But I love em too. The make me feel so whipped that they gotta be doing me good somewhere..
I did the first set of 12 pull ups, 15 is my target,
12 swings with a 50Lb dbl, 6 each arm
9 burpees
then I did this walk 1/2 lap med pace
8 pull ups
12 swings 6 each arm
9 burpees
then I did this walk 1/2 lap med pace
10 pull ups, 5 partials with negs
12 swings 6 each arm
9 burpees
stop watch at 12 min and some change
walk whole lap at med pace
I plan to do away with the 1/2 lap walks inbtween burt I gonna need to build up to that.
