Rest day.
20 IUs Adequan into each knee.
Eating lite today.
 
Its for the issues that I have in my knees bro. I was blessed with less then gr8 knee joits for some reason. Then over the years add injury to insult and there you have it. So the adequan actually regenerates cartilege and has made some pretty significant changes in my life.
The best part of this is that mostly I can live life minus the pain in my knees. That even includes going up and down stairs, riding in a vehicle, sitting, and doing SQUATS!
Originally I put my self on a regimen of 1.25 ml shots 2x/week, on a month, off a month for a year. Now I just do maintenance when I feel I need to.

PWO Shake
2 scoops, 1 pak gelatine, 1 heaped tablespoon of natty PB, 5 oz 2% mikl 15oz water. Ran out of milk...

1Lb 15 oz NY strip steak,
1/2 large tomatoe
1/2 cucumber
20 oz water.

Nice workout!! What u weighing now? And how's that low carb diet working? Feeling hungry and tired yet? Lol....u takn any type of fat burner or stim?
