3x10@85 really feel this in my upper chest. (press from chin level in front to well behind my head at the top)
Dips 3x5@bod really feel these in my lower pecs, rear delts and mid traps. (bod vert, feet behind bod, head up).
3x10@45
Bod weight today 240 lbs.

40 grms protein, 1 pak gelatine, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 heaped tablespoon natty pb 20 oz 2% milk.

Injections
200 mg test deconate, 125 mg deca, 300 mg primo.

Snack,
98% lean sausage and fat free cheese.

Dinner,
Homemade pizza, 98% lean sausage, fat free cheese. 6 pcs, not too hungry.

Cardio but different!

Ok today I am beginning my relationship with Met Con type cardio training.
This is supposed to be Max effort short duration cardio, not more then 10 min.

Met Con A as follows.
15 pull ups
12 65 Lb DBL swings
9 Burpees
That is the model and this is what I did.

5 min bike @130 bpm
5 min mile run
10 pull ups
10 50Lb DBL swings each arm
10 Burpees

My stopwatch was at 4 min and some change...so I rest enough to catch my breath and do this,
8 pull ups
10 swings same as above
9 Burpees
and now I am in the middle of a heart attack and I look like a zombie...kinda greenish..
I am force ventilating to try and get my breath back and I succeed without calling the dam ambulance.
Now as Im writing this out for you I am sitting here in a 3 inch deep puddle of sweat and I am informed by my wife that I look like grey clay....oh and she opening the window cuz I am making the room hot and making her sweat. She dosnt like to sweat...
Now I wanna nap but I have succeded in not puking at this point.
Im done.

Ok, 45 min later after my shower I am now breathing normally more or less, lots of sighs....
Still sweating pretty good tho.
Now I think I read somewhere that as long as I dont eat my caloric burn remains very high, so is this true?
Not planning to eat till around 7:30.
Also sometime between now and bed will do my primo injection.

Dinner 9:30,
Big ass salad,
2 handfulls lettuce
24 oz cheese
30 oz turkey
30 oz ham
half a tomatoe
3 stalks of celery
Oil and vinigar
A few crutons

2 handfulls mixed nuts not peanuts
