I am confused on figuring out mg and ml. i thought i had it solved but the more i read the more i confused myself. so i have some liquid nolva in front of me and it says 50ML and 20mg/ml. and the liquidex is 30ML 1mg/ml. so lets say i am running a basic cycle, how much of the dropper do i need to take per day?

1mg/ml would mean 1 dropper is 1mg.. half the dropper is .5mg etc

only bloodwork can determine how much to use

if it says 20 mg/ml that means in each ML which should be one full dropper, you would get 20 mg of that product

With Nolva, people will usually run 20-40mg per day. If you want 20mg that would be 1ml, if you want 40mg that would be 2ml.

With Arimidex, people will usually run .5mg - 1mg EOD. If you want .5mg you would take .5ml, if you want 1mg you would take 1ml.
