does anyone here get spots during/after a cycle?

so it's been 6 weeks since i finished my second ever cycle, this time it was 6 weeks on winstrol injectable, which was the tits!
i put on and have maintained 7 lbs of muscle. since coming off the gear i also have stopped eating meat, i'm using pea protein powder, soya milk to mix, main dishes with TVP, legumes and peanut butter...and i still havent lost any strength or weight.
just a question though, in the 5th week of the cycle i started to get a light shimmering of red pimples on my shoulders and upper back. not too unsightly but i keep picking them ( i know i shouldnt) when im in the bath. i've started using this stuff over the counter called quinoderm, from boots. which is the strongest u can get without prescription. also got some teeny bumpy skin under the skin of my jaw line, only visible in really bright light, but i can feel it.
so i got a few questions
a) does anyone else get this happening and if so what is the best medication to use (i tried tea-tree oil but wasnt too good)
b) if you go to a doctor to get soemthing stronger, is it best to stay shut up about steroid use and demand topical cream rather than oral stuff - which surely would affect the testosterone levels??

the stuff i got OTC is actually pretty good, but im thinking for the next cycle i'd like to start using it before they even appear...
cheers!

I normally don't post on the womens forums as I know it's for you girls but my wife had the same problem. She had just bothersome acne from gear and wanted it cleared up. It mostly effected her shoulders and neck. She just went to her Dr and asked for a perscription of minocycline. The Dr had no problem with this and gave her a srcipt with 3 refills. Within 1 week she was much improved and by 2 weeks was totally clear. Hope this helps.

the drastic change in hormonal levels after an AAS cycle usually causes breakouts in women. Very common. Sulfur based topical (OTC) creams work really well for me and at least one pro female who first recommended it to me. I use DDF brand. Euthythromycin is an oral antibiotic I've heard is effective, but cant personally vouch for it though.
