anyway do you guys think he was still natural when he first came to metroflex? brian says he already had 20 inch arms back then

All pro's use huge amounts of Anabolics bud...Ronnie may have had some good genes but nobody possesses the genetics to achieve that size without use of AS.

Ronnie Coleman, Arnold, Jay Cutler, Victor Martinez, whoever. They all do crazy amounts of steroids. They still workout hard and do a lot of the right things. But let's call a spade a spade here... that's a lot of juice they're taking.

steroids are a piece of the puzzle.

they are working out full time, eating enormous amounts of the highest quality foods hand picked specifically for their goals (yes there are companies that will design food for you and bring it to you), drinking incredible amounts of liquids, tons of supps, tons of vitamins/minerals, fitness consultants, nutritionalists, massage therapists... it takes much more than just steroids. and all these services they are getting are free from people who want to be able to say "ronnie coleman uses so and so"

actually a buddy of mine (who is into MMA) ran into Jay Cutler in Vegas recently and offered him $500 for just 30 minutes of his time to discuss lifting/nutrition.. Cutler told him "I will make time for you next month"... that should tell you what kind of lives these guys live to turn down an easy 500 bucks just to talk.
