Do you change you workout split on CKD??? or keep it the same?

What do you guys do on CKD?? Do you change your workout to use your carb more effeciently, or do you keep a full week of working out. I noticed some guys try to get every muscle in the 2 days right after Carb up and i don't think i would like that.

What are some opinions??


This is how my split looks like:

Day 1 - Chest/Triceps/Cardio
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Back/Biceps
Day 5 - Shoulders/Traps/Cardio
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Carb Up

I ran the keto from Sun-Fri evening.
I did my heavy lifting Sun and Mon , or at the latest Tuesday.
Any heavy lifting after that and you may run the risk of doing more harm than good, because by then your just running off ketones. On Friday, I did the depletion workout and then started the carb up. Wed and Thur, I just did some type of cardio.
 
See then its tough becuase of my work/school schedule. I am carbing up on Sat(evening) to Sunday night 36 hours. I might just have to readjust my carb up days then.


Thanks for the reply, i will try and figure out what i can do, to work around it. Becuase i definitely don't want to do more harm than good.

im back on ckd after a long layoff but this time around im doing all my lifting (not counting depletion workout) the first 3 days after carb up (i dont have the balls to cram everything in 2 days), sticking to my m-f lifting routine last time fucken sucked

sunday legs/shoulders
mon back bi's
tue chest tri's
wed -cardio
thurs-cardio
fri-depletion,,then fri night to sat night carb up

i just started this diet but im in my 4th week of test/deca/letro so those esters should be in gear while im dieing, not my first choice for cutting drugs but i didnt feel like spending more money on gear
 
I think that split that you have right there, is EXACTLY what i can work in with my schedule, good thing you posted that, thanks alot.
