You guys are forgetting the most important and vital part in the Munzer death. Doctors tried to stop his internal bleeding, which was cuased by all those other things combines with the effects of elevation from being in an airplane, but they couldn't, which is actually what cuased him to die. he bleed to death, internally. Why couldn't they get his blood to clot? Cytadren... end of story. The other things didn't help, but he would have only been an operation away from being a perfectly healthy individual if they could have stopped the bleeding.
