Thanks hon. I've been reading about the ornithine. I'm thinking 2-4 grams per day? Sound right for a fair ammonia scavenger?

2-4 grams per day? 135 lb. woman, trains hard too. Actually, I'll be ramping it up even more on the weekends since I'll be sail racing 3-4 hours Sat.'s and Sundays.
 
Citrulline Malate at 4 Grams a day should have a positive Impact yes:)
one can go as high as 8 a day if in VERY hard training mode
