8 am- 6 scrambled eggs, 2 toast,4 bacon strips, protein shaked (50g protein 900 cals in shake)
9-11- workout/cardio
12pm-16oz steak,potato,veggies
2pm-protein bar(35g protein in bar), 2 pbj sandwiches, 1/2 lb of almonds
4pm-blue bell choc ice cream milk shake, 1 pbj sanwich
6pm- protein shake, protein bar,sweet potatoes
8pm-chicken,fish, veggies,potatoes, sweet potatoes
9pm- protein shake, 2 pbj sandwiches
10pm-bed
is that a pretty good diet to bulk on or what do u guys think?
