agree. your cals are way too low. especially at your activity level.

also - (and maybe I'm the only one who thinks this) abs are just like any other muscle group - they need rest days. I think every other day would be a better option.
 
Good points - thanks! I added a few things to my nutrition plan this week so we'll see how it goes. Shooting for about 1500 calories.

I had been at a plateau for the past 3 weeks with my periods screwy and whatnot. Finally blasted through it and dropped 5.5 lbs plus a full 1% of BF this week. Yay!

Need to get serious about my water! I don't drink nearly enough because I hate it. What is all y'all's opinion on crystal lite for water?

crystal light is ok , i think. iced tea would be better.
