Diet... Suggestions encouraged!!!

i am a sophmore in high school so i have trouble getting in 6 meals, so i have to eat in class I am 6'2", and at 202 lbs, i am looking to cut down and add more muscle without fat and increase strength, here is my diet...

1. 6:30 A.M- Sausage, Protein Shake (p-68.5 g, c-15.7g)
2. 10:30 A.M- Tuna Fish (p-65g, c-0g)
3. 1:00 P.M- 1/2 cup oats/apple (p-5g, 30.4 excluding apple)*
2:45- Work Out
4. 3:45 PWO 20 g Dextrose and protein shake (p-44g, c-23.4)*
5. 6:30- Tuna Fish (p-65g, c-0)
6. 9:30-Protein Shake (p-44 g, c-3.4 g)

p-protien (total-291.5), c- carbs (total-72.9)

I was also thinking about taking 5 g of creatine before workout, and 5 g after workout... Also, should i take dextrose before and after, or just after or just before? Thanks...
 
You need to increase your calories and add EFA's.
With your current diet you will lose muscle as well as fat.
Also you need more variety, eat more real food inbstead of the protein shakes.
