Hey guys, I'm fairly new here, I have some questions. I am currently on a cycle of Katanadrol which I started on MOnday 5.18.09. I started at 219 lbs, I weighed in this morning at 227 lbs. The problem being I have felt bloated the whole time and my diet is pretty clean and I have been doing 45 minutes of cardio every morning on an empty stomach and I work out at the gym 4-5 times per week. Here is my diet:
Morning: 4-5 egg whites and a whey isolate protein shake (fat and carb free) with a 1/2 cup oatmeal mixed in.
Morning snack: grilled chicken (about 4-5 oz) on a low carb low fat whole wheat wrap (3 net carbs and 7 g of fiber)
Lunch: Chicken or pork, roughly 8-10 oz and a vegatable.
Afternoon snack: Same as morning snack. Sometimes I will swap a can of tuna or salmon in also.
Dinner: chicken, fish or beef (8-10 oz) with a vegatable and sweet potatoe.
Evening: After workout I have a protein shake, whey isolate 25g.
I feel my diet is pretty clean, I don't see why I feel all bloated and putting on that much weight. Oh, I also drink about 1.5 gallons of water every day. I am trying to drop some body fat while on Katanadrol without losing muscle.
Any thoughts or suggestions will be very much appreciated.
