I have 19 days to drop as much weight as possible..without losing mass....Should i go ketosis for like 16 days and carb up or ? any ideas would be of help....I've been dieting for 2 months it coming off but that little shittting love handle wont go....Right now I'm on t3 and xenodryne any tricks ? 5'10 and 238
 
im not too sure about ketogenic diets for 19 days cuz well ive never heard of someone going on a keto diet for less than 6-8 weeks. Not sure what the results would be... uh yeh, sorry i can't be much help. Pretty much keep eating clean. And for workouts... hit those dumbell sidebends and side crunches hard :D

14 days of Ketosis can probably give you a 4lb. fat-loss, but add T3 and E/C and you'll lose about 5lbs. of fat, yet I have to tell you the truth: 14 days is just not sufficient for CKD, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Doing your cardio first thing in the morning doesn't really matter on ketogenic diets. The logic behind that normally is to do it while your blood sugar is low from fasting during your sleep so you have to burn fat for energy because you don't have carbs in your system yet. But in the absence of carbs you're burning fat for energy anyway, so that makes no difference.
 
Do a shit load of cardio and drop calories down to less than 10X calories per pound and cycle on and off with a major refeed (reserve a 'cheat' day that requires tons of carbohydrates and low in fats), and presto, you should lose some fat albeit some muscle too. Hey, that's the price you payy for trying to lose a shit load of fat in the last minute.

So here's a basic schedule..

Day 1-3: Eat 10X bw, ISO or somewhat of a low carb diet, eat 6-10g of Fish Oil
Day 4: Cheat day consisting of a weight training workout in the earlier part of the day followed by a massive supercompensation. Basically, eat a shit load of carbs in the form of mainly glucose (and also sucrose so that you can recarb the liver with the fructose from sugar so to speak to get yourself in the anabolic state along with indirectly raising the hormone leptin).
You should eat around 30% above your maintenence calories on this day.

Repeat

It works, of course, it's nowhere near as good as using DNP, but at least you should lose a good amount of fat.

The best strategy overall if you did have more time is to SEVERAL days of hypocaloric dieting (eating between 10-12Xbw) followed by a day or two or refeed (depending on your bodyfat levels and how long you have been dieting before)
