Cut the cardio and increase carbs. I am the same way and recently found the only thing that works is carbs, carbs, carbs. You have a high metabo. so you burn your energy alot faster so you need to overload on carbs so you have extra energy not being used and stored as fat. I tried eating mcdonalds for all the extra cals but honestly i am finding that whole foods like bread, rice, pasta are giving much better results then 2-3k cals a meal with fast food.
