I have a VERY fast metabolism, have never put on any fat, never got chubby or flabby, even without cardio....so I have an idea....to gain weight how about if I had a McDonalds ie Big mac, fries & cheeseburger twice a week (or KFC) just to get some extra calories in and see how I get on?? I will still have my template diet ie chicken, Steak, fish, veggies, plenty of water, vits etc...also would it be ok if I have my mass gaining drinks (whey protein with carbs) with semi-skimmed milk to boost the protein/calorie content?? Im 38 and have been training for 7 years, 11% bodyfat, 14.5 stone, train 3 times a week with just 30 mins cardio a week.....once guy said my face is so lean it looks like im ready for a competition - yet I am supposed to be bulking!!! What do you think??
