diet and GH, carbs vs. fats

i am sick of reading conflicting info on this issue. Pasquali says-insulin in blood stream is counterproductive to gh release. ive read others say fat in blood stream inhibits gh release????(this was from frank zane, i know he was not huge, but he was cut with a low fat diet....)
