Debate McDonald's diet verses clean diet on cycle

st8grad said:
I agree. But only one person has pointed out any flaws in diet number 2. I wonder how many people would think diet #3 is any good? Bulking on relatively low carb.

Diet 3

6am - 8 large eggs

9am - 2 scoops Whey Isolate
2TB ANPB

12am - 8oz Sirloin
4 Fish Oil Caps
1/2 Cup Broccoli w 1TB Olive Oil

3pm - Pre Workout
6oz Chicken Breast
10 Almonds

5pm - Post Workout
50g Whey Isolate
60g Dextose

7pm - 8oz Salmon
1 cup brocolli

9pm - 40g whey/casein mix
10g fish oil
2TB ANPB

This will lower your LDL and Tri's and raise HDL. Should cover vitamins/minerals. Just enough carbs post workout to spike insulin. Glycogen recovers on its own since weightlifting alone doesn't really deplete levels. Plenty of fat for energy and protein and total cals for growth.

That diet you have here would be starvation and hunger pains to me. From 6am to 12 noon I would need more food. Eight eggs won't cut it untill lunchtime. The lunce meal is good. The 3pm meal is just a light snack as far as the amount of food to fill your tummy. Between 3pm and 7pm I would get so hungry again, especially after a workout. The 7pm meal is just half of what I could eat. I eat a pound of salmon at dinner all the time. It's not going to overstuff you. I have gotten pretty cut up from a lot more than what is listed. Also depends on what juice a person is on. Sometimes the hunger pains from juice just have to be satisfied. I don't see how that diet is a "bulker" at all.

Diet 1 is lacking fiber ,vitamins and minerals
Diet 2 is better becuase it has some fiber and unsaturated fats.

Diet 3 is what your real diet is going to be even that is so/so

you mentioned crappy carbs bread vs yams .Yams benifit is in its fiber and ability not not spike insulin , The bread contians sugar and the yams are complex .
Plus the bread they use is white having very few vitamin and minerals .

Now if you do not think fat from red meat is not clogging .Your crazy many studies have been done on fish vs redmeat diets and the heart risk.

Diet 3 is borderline starvation for a bulker compared to your first 2 diets

I think you should follow each diet for 6 weeks and let us know your results

Now some of the proper cake shops in Kennsington or Sloane Square like Godiva with those wee but ever so rich proper chocolate and cream cakes. :p

Arrgh! Now I'm drooling into my keyboard!

Speaking of nutrients, though -- diet 1 is deficient in vitamins D, E, K, and possibly C and A (depending on how anemic your tomato slices are.) It has 12 grams (!) of sodium and 4 of potassium. It meets or exceeds the RDA in other respects.

Diet 2 is deficient in vitamins D, E, K, but also folate and calcium, and barely squeaks by in zinc, B-12, magnesium, iron, and thiamin. It has 0.7 g sodium and 6 g of potassium (though hopefully you'd add a little salt to your baked sweet potatoes. ;)

Diet 3 is deficient in nothing, though it does barely squeak by for folate. It has 2.5 g sodium, and 4.3 of potassium. It is also only about 3000 kcals (150 fat, 100 carb, 300 protein,) almost 2k less than the other diets.

Add a couple Godiva squares and cream cakes to that last diet, and at least going by the numbers, it sounds like the best of the bunch. ;)

All easily correctable with a couple of DX7's. (Too much vit K is not desirable. )

Same answer as above.

I kinda like the Dove bar dark chocolate squares myself.

Once again, macro and micro nutrients. Fiber. Water. Not too much sugar. Food is food.

how come the feds don't go over mcdonalds, or wendys, or any fast food place.... some people eat that food everday become obeses have heart attacks do to arteries being clogged and die.... okay so they are making this war on AAS.... what can come out of a 10 or 15 week well planned cycle....maybe some uneven blood levels....a slim chance of a shorter life span.....and not to mention a stronger, faster, more confident or happy person....idk i mean just comparing these two a little bit i think the fast food is more dangerous....

Wildest stretch of an analogy I've seen in some time.

Still unsure (for those worried about Cholesterol) that dietary cholesterol has any effect on serum cholesterol. The jury is still out as to correlation.

hi:)

Roof tops can be an Excellent place to grow a garden!
You can team up with the whole building and find a way to yield the most per square foot and also learn about soil, and also seasonal planting!

Roof top gardens are great for air quality, if alot more roof tops did them in a city the air would be much Cleaner.

get an automatic watering system and the ONLy labor will be picking the fruite and planting it!

Also you can have great basic Herb ( not weed lol) garden on a small porch or even window planter!

y.

Could be your 'strain' was actually a virus and not a bacteria.

I agree soooo many MDs give antibiotics when not needed. this can also make you feel like shit too because it not olny kills the bad bacteria but can also knocl out the good as well.

This includes those bastards at Whole Foods that think "organic" gives them a right to rip us off with OUTRAGEOUS prices. They are a perfect example of a company taking something very good and deciding to make a HEFTY profit off of it.

LOL. I like reading your threads.
