Seated Smith Press (clean grip, clavicle to full ext, head in front): 110x20x1, 95x20x1 - I am dumping these for BTN PP's next session
Standing French Press: 45x10, 65x10, 75x8
Push Downs: 75x10x2 (doing these on the Lat Machine - it's heavy)

DIET:
Ice storm so no work - for you outside Texas it is slightly raining and close to or just below freezing. If there is any ice my city shuts down. SO, diet is a tad off...what else is new..
