11:00 8oz Chik, 1.5 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans, small salad

2:30 Myoplex RTD (low carb's are gone!)

4:30 Whey/Gatorade

I have a habit of doing that on the weekends, unless I'm teaching. Then it's like now how the heck do I cram my cals in... :heart: Hope you had a good weekend.
 
Todays workout:

CGBP: 95x10, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 190x5, 135x20

Seated DB Military: 35's x10, 50's x8, 70's x6

Cybex Decline: 50 per x20, 50 per x14 drop 30 per x10

Seated Smith Press (clean grip, clavicle to full ext, head in front): 110x20x1, 95x20x1 - I am dumping these for BTN PP's next session

Standing French Press: 45x10, 65x10, 75x8

Push Downs: 75x10x2 (doing these on the Lat Machine - it's heavy)

Ice storm so no work - for you outside Texas it is slightly raining and close to or just below freezing. If there is any ice my city shuts down. SO, diet is a tad off...what else is new..

9:15 Myoplex RTD - just can't get hungry for BK

11:45 Whole Potatoe, BBQ Sausage (left overs from a tremendous cheat meal on Sat night)

2:30 Preworkout - Myoplex RTD

5:30 PWO - 45 gram Whey w/ 16oz Gatorade

6:30 1/2 Large Pizza

You are what you eat - Al needs to remember this.

thats not nearly enoug food for your strong ass.....I eat more kcals...cmon!

Why all the Cybex and Smith stuff? Do you really think it's doing anything that your main lifts aren't? Although I guess you already reached a similar conclusion since you're switching to BTN PP.

Quayle is much smarter, as should be fairly obvious from past posts of mine...

Just taking Jan to give my joints/tendons some what of a break so I figured I do some high rep work but didn't want to get weaker on my main 3. My left side shoulder, groin, knee, and sometimes elbow give me issue. Cybex is getting dumped next week as well. Prob for Incline DB's.


I started a supp from GLC Direct that's suposed to work wonders - I'm taking it 2x per day and am about a week in and my knee, which was the most noticable lately, already feels better. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and is real active (pilates, marathons, bootcamps, etc) and she works throught it but lately it has gotten worse. So I found the above and she is noticing imrovement as well. She is 2 weeks in.

2x /day - nice powder w/ no taste is bout 4oz water

Chondroitin Sulfate A-4. ....826mg
Glucosamine Hydrochloride.826mg
Glucosamine Sulfate.......... 826mg
Glucosamine Potassium......826mg
N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine.... 240mg
Ascorbate........................ 240mg

Todays workout: *my gym is closed due to ice storm so I had to find a place that was open. All the big commercial places were closed but I found a tiny Mom/Pop place and made it...barely...Texans can't drive in the ice for shit. They did have 100lb plates which was cool. I swear everything felt 25lbs heavier. I even asked how much the bar weighted...45...what I puss I felt like.

Back Squat: 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3x3 - plan was x5 or more - something is wrong w/ my left groin and my right hammy. Form has changed a bit - grip and bar placement so I was getting used to it. Chiro is Friday - can't fucking wait.

SLDL: 190x20, 190x20 - no belt - these are a real grind.

Leg Press: 600x20x2 - every 100lb'er they had!

Seated Leg Curl: 90x20, 90x20 - also very hard

Misc. Calf stuff.

After the Chiro on Friday I am going back to the 5x5 as long as he give's me the green light. Almost finished w/ re-reading Practical Programing so I feel like I can lay my plan out. I hope he cracks my back and I find my missing strength. Fuck this 20 rep nonsense.
