Todays workout:
14" Box Squat: 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5, 335x5 - Groin felt fine - these are fun, first time doing them, may do these till Jan in place of Back Squats....thoughts?
Leg Press: 10 plates x15, 14 plates x12, 18 plates x10 - feet touching, real deep, great stretch
Decline Ab: BW+10x20x3
It takes me about 30 minutes to warm up and do my RC work. Then it takes me about 20 minutes to wake my legs/groin up but I am learning to listen to my body. Anyway had to cut training short today.
