Todays workout:
Deadlift: 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x5, 405x3 - I going to do a single or two next week. See if I can pull 450'ish.
High Row: 110x12x3 - done on the lat pull w/ the rope -
HS Single Arm Row: 4 plates x12, 6 plates x10, 8 plates x9
Bicep stuff - 3 exercises, 3x10 per.
I will be back on paper (spreadsheet) starting Jan 1st. Having what to lift helps me so I am going back to it.
I am going to keep pushing Deads and Power Cleans till Jan and lay off back squats - I will be doing some higer rep squats to try to heal up my left groin a tad.
Shoulder is responding to the rehab pretty damn good. It feels better in the gym then out but that is a start. I think I can bench next week and do over head stuff the following. Nothing crazy till Jan - higher rep work here as well.
