i got this out of oxygen magazine
30g of vanilla whey protein powder
3 cups frozen berry medley
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
damn good! i'm so impressed with myself!
oh and i looked at my whey protein and it is low carb, sucralose. i probably put in 45g of protein in my shake too.
