Daily Water Intake and gains

I know the importance of a high daily water intake especially for the hard training bodybuilder. I want to start trying to drink at least 2 gallons a day I am around a gallon now, and was wondering how much you guys drink in a days time and if you noticed any differences in your training or gains with the higher water intake.
 
i drink about a gallon and a half daily, sometimes more, never less. i never really noticed a difference from when i drank a lot less but i never really thought about it either.
 
i drink 2-3 gallons a day, i have always done this even before i started lifting. only thing i notice is how often i pee and that my pee is the same color as the water that i drink perfectly clear. only thing that sucks is getting up every 2 hours at night to pee.:mad:
 
I take in 7-8 liters a day. That's Poland Spring bottled water.
Any less than that and I can "feel" it. I'm not sure what it is exactly that I'm "feeling" (dehydration?) but I can definitely tell a difference when I consume less than that.
 
I personally try to get atleast 2 gallons of water a day. My workouts definately suffer when I don't get enough water as I get dehydrated rather quick. Also if I don't get enough water after I workout I feel rather tired a groggy, also due to dehydration.
 
I'd go through about 10 litres worth a day, on estimates. I should keep track one day. I am constantly drinking water. The water bottle is my friend.

Let's see:
-keeps you fuller
-improves skin complexion
-keeps your muscles full and hydrated(afterall do you realize what muscle is made up of besides protein?)
-flush toxins out of your body
-cools your body
-weight loss
i could go on and on........
