Daily vegtable intake?

How much veggies are you guys eating each day? Right now i'm not getting a whole lot and I think I should be getting more. For the last few weeks i've been having one whole head of rommaine lettuce and one whole red pepper. Doesn't seem like quite enough veggies.
 
Do you like spinach? Or a Spinach Romaine Mix Salad / Mixed Greens? More quality nutrients in Spinach.

4 out of my 6 meals will usually contain ~2 cups of some veggie, usually Green (Broc, Green Beans, Asparagus, Spinach Salad. etc) sometimes Cauliflower/Broc mix, even carrots.

I have no clue if that's enough for me but seems to work out fine ...
 
Actually, finances is what tends to hold me back from getting in tonnes. Oats and a multi are a bit cheaper its terms of carbs and nutrients.
 
If you are dieting or if it is in your future at all, fibrous veggies will become a huge part of your diet. Veggies are always good(fibrous), but the need will increase fairly dramatically when dieting as mentioned.
 
I take lettuce with my tuna at 10am, greens/ broccolis with chicken or steack at 1 pm, and lettuce and broccolis/spinash on my last meal.
Veggies are very important, especially when you diet :)
 
I'm dieting right now and with keeping my calories where they are now I would never feel satisfied if it wasn't for the veggies and salad. Two cups of salad is only 15 cals, where as one cup of oatmeal is 150 cals. Big difference. Plus those fibrous carbs like brocoli really scrub out your GI.
 
As for vegis, I eat them in 5 out of my 7 meals a day, mostly consisting of spinach and cauliflower and some broch, just thrown in some hard boiled eggs (removing the yoke) a chicken breast and some vinegar. Thats what I live on mainly.
