so the Diet we spoke about on the phone is of practical benefit right?

just be a trooper and do it for the next several weeks , there is NOTHING wrong with that Spartan diet
 
it's hella practical lets me get more sleep and everything too, and worry less about eating and more about living!

I'm going to get deathly sick of tuna after like 3-4 weeks of this though, haha. I'll throw in some red meet and some chicken too.

but I want to make sure I'm getting all my fucking protien, hell ya.

cause I'm gonna be a motherfucking spartan. =)
 
Brutally pissed off that my schedual fucked me again last week and I could only squeeze out 4 days.. (that's happened twice in a row and it's killing me inside!!!)
 
I'll probably just workout six times this week.... if that's ok.. cause I need to do legs twice a week.. right.. so ya I should then right omega?????!!! hah. =)

Week six (day 1)

SOOOOO last night I got 12 hours of sleep, which was awesome, and I

needed it this time, but I had a knot in my back, which still really fucking hurts..

guess what today was back and bicep day!

did I decide to not workout, or do something else, because my back was pinched and knotted!!!

NO FUCK THAT! IM A FUCKING SOLDIER!!!

so I worked out even with my super sore back, holy fuck.

Cardio was good and pretty intense, 5 minutes on the bike, 5 minutes on incline (went higher and harder on this) and 4 minutes jogging (went faster) ended with 1 minute of running as fast as I could.

popped my 24 mg of ephedrin, and commenced!! with the back workout!!! argh!!

Pulldowns went really awesome, I felt my form was great and that my flexing was on point and done in a timely manner, also kept my rest time low low for this.

then I went on to doing shrugs and laters before, one arm rows, the way we talked about. 7.5 for laters and 40 for shrugs again, fuck I was gased!

one arm rows went pretty good, though it hurt a bit on the right side when I did them, that's the side that is knotted/pinched up.

I did 70lbs for 6 on my 4th set, I'm not going to lie, my form wasn't great as I had to pull them up faster then I would have liked! :(

I made up for it on my last set though and really squeezed out the form and flexed the muscle.

My biceps were punishing agian as always, I really have checked my pride at the door when it comes to this routine, and I pick up the 20lb barbbell my biceps are pretty fried from back already, but I really work on slow good form and flexing at the peak contraction, the 16-20th rep are always so fucking painful, like stabbing in my bicep that I want to cry/kill someone, but I work through it. I managed to do 30lb barbbell 20x on my second set, but had to drop back down for my third set. I kept the rest low again. Reverse Ez Curl was good too, same thing, want to cry/kill someone hah.

I thought on my way to work, like fuck! I could have done deadlifts again so that sucked because that could have been fun!

All in all a good workout, one arm rows are still my weakest exercise as far as really feeling it goes, but I work really hard on it everytime I do it, I think I'm getting really close to getting it down pat. Working hard on my form and the mid range like we talked about. I think I have everything else down pretty fucking good now.

Really been working on keeping my resttimes low 45 seconds to sometimes 60 seconds if I slip up a bit, but rarely ever more, almost never even.

got some 50+ multivit today, and a shitloadmore of white albacour brown rice some veggies.. to spartan the fuck onward! and some greentea extract!

also got a couple more compliments today from people that I'm starting to look big, and one even said leaner which was awesome.

Wootoom actually said he could tell and to keep doing whatever I'm doing, and that it's working, he sees me every once in a while!

so that was fucking awesome, it's always good to hear.

I CANT WAIT TO GET OFF WORK!!! CHEST DAY CHEST TIME!! YEY YEY YEY YEY!!! excited for fly's again because I figured out how to really target the chest last workout.

so week six day two (CHEST DAY FUCK YES)

holy fuck this was suuuuch an awesome day, all my lifts were so much stronger.. thank you 250grams of protien!! thank you!! or was it the sizeon.. ha who the fuck cares it was awesome!!!

from flat press, I had pr's on the 4th set, and on incline another pr of 65 7 times for my 4th set, going to stick with 65 again and then perhaps try HOLY SHIT! 70?? woah that would be wicked. Fly's were 90 on my 4th set but this was very difficult going to lower the weight and just rep it out, better form easier to control, though I did get a burn like a motherfucker, triceps went awesome too. Military press sucked as always and I wanted to stab omega in the delt for the pain he causes me!! HAH!

then I got the worse massage after this, which fucked my back up more than fixed it! THAT WITCH!

oh ya did my 15 min of cardio ofcourse.
 
week 6 day 3 (leg day ugh fuck this one sucked)

so that fucking lady put 3 more knots in my back instead of taking the one out that was there, this really fucked up my entire day for legpress, I did the cardio just fine, legpress fine, squats my back got creamed.. then I tried deads.. holy fuck bad idea..

I couldn't complete core workout.. because I pulled my calf doing situps.. GRRR!#@!$@! oh well I tried my best, I took thursday off to rest and recoupe a bit, going to the gym when I get off work to really hit up back hard and effectively, my back is feeling mostly better and I'll carefully work through it like I did on monday!
 
Week six day (4) was last friday.. and back day..

I don't exactly remember the numbers because it was soo long ago, but I had a really awesome burn in my back and biceps.. especially in my lats.. which are starting to flaire out a bit.. really pushed myself hard on this day.. had a pretty awesome day..

UNFORTUNATELY!! IM A FUCKING DUMBASS!!

and I did something stupid on friday, which caused me to injure myself, the injury is starting to heal up, and I'm getting over what seemed like a short cold which had me run down and I'll be back at the gym tomorrow morning, fucking pissed off and vigorously ready to train harder then ever before.

Chest day, fucking hell yes, hopefully I can toss up 70lbs on incline or do 65lbs for 10, we shall see what happens, but I'm really going to push myself tomorrow, as I need it, because I feel empty inside for not working for 5 days, other news is I'm not letting anything else in my life get in the way of training anymore, because it's the little things like that, that are really starting to piss me off. =)
 
week seven (day 1)

HOLY SHIT finally back at the gym, I was so fucking pumped just to get back there and it was my favorite day chest day.

Cardio went 5 minutes on bike as hard as I could 5 minutes on incline really pushing myself, I couldn't jog because of the scab on me knee so I did another five minutes on the bike and really just gave it shit.

Had a good day of lifting, pushed more weight on the machine with better form,

I WAS like holy fuck a CUNT hair from being able to rep out 70's I just couldn't get it past that initial snag point, was soooo close though, so I had to regroup and drop to 60's for 11 on my 4th set. still felt good, really squeezed it out.

Cables felt odd today, maybe because I didn't do military press before them, it felt like I was burning out more of my front delts then I was my chest, so I'll have to revaluate that next time I go back and really focus on getting my chest burn again.

Tricep workout was insane, I don't think my triceps have ever been that pumped and I did a really good job of focusing on the pump and flexing the blood into the muscle, fuck it felt so great.

then I did military press last, which worked out alright, I still hate this exercise with a passion.

All in all a pretty good day, just happy to be back in it, sooooo happy.

Leg day tomorrow, I'm really going to focus on my calves probably do less weight and really focus on flexing the blood into the muscle and exhausting my calves working them really hard.
