Cycle Progress......Diet Question?????

I'm currently in my 4th week of Omnadren 250 at 500mg/wk.........i'm up 6 lbs and strength is through the roof.....i'm loving my progress and can't wait to see what is in store........my question is my diet...i'm a college student so sometimes i have to hit up some fast food.....is this ok?

this ok????? i'm looking to bulk as lean as possible



i normally eat out about once a day
 
also, i'm a sucker for the boneless hot wings at Applebees during happy hour.....i hit that up about 2-3 times a week about 30 mins after i get done lifting....its a baseball team tradition.....damn near the whole team goes on tuesdays and thursdays after we lift

does this really fuck up my diet?????
 
yea bro your fine.. i played ball in college and i occasionally went out to splurge.. listen when you eat 6 meals a day one fatty meal a couple times a week isnt going to kill you. In fact most guys reccommend a cheat meal or a cheat day to jump start your metabolism.. Just make sure you are getting quality food in your other 4-5 meals and take your ALA with the crappy meals.. And seriously try to stay away from the alcohol!!!....
 
Dude...I am going to go to the other side of the argument. You are 23 and 179!! Eat your ass off...eat anything. Steroids work because of calories and lifting...so screw the chicken at Wendy's! If you are going to go to Wendy's get the damn triple burger with a pound and a half of meat on it and throw some large fries in there too for carbs! You want to grow I assume if you are doing 500mg of Test, so go ahead and eat something. Eat anything...you are skinny and young so damn throw some weight around and throw some food down...
 
yeah, normally if i drink any pop i try to just drink diet.....i drink so much water that when i drink diet pop, it tastes like regular to me

i really want to bulk as clean as possible......i was afraid that the fast food would premote too much fat even though i'm busting my ass in the weight room 4 days a week
 
If you want to bulk "clean" as possible then you need to stay away from the fast food..im sorry but fast food is not clean eating at all...but since you pretty much dont have a choice, i wouldnt worry to much about the fat you will gain from it...your bulking..SO BULK! just dont overdo it...
