24yo, 5'10 if I stand straight, lol, 225lbs around 12%bf
Cycle History:
One real cycle done a while back (500mg Test E 1-10 & 25mg Dbol 1-5)
Second cycle was ruined in 3-4th week due to marriage ending and a kidney ailment (not AAS related, genetic, clean bill of health from MD)
Planned Cycle:
Jolfa Onmas 250mg/ml @ 500mg weeks 1-10 (2ccs on Saturday)
British Dragon Decabol250mg/ml @ 500mg weeks 1-10 (2ccs on Sunday)
Methanabol by British Dragon 10mg/tab @ 40mg/day weeks 1-5 (1 tab every 5 hours upon waking)
Plenty of Nolva on hand incase of gyno.
Will be running the Clomid & Nolva PCT protocol when it's time.
Diet:
I will be on a 4500 calorie diet to start with about 400g Protein/day and 600g Carbohydrates/day. Somewhere around 125-150g of Fats/day.
Training:
I'll be doing five days a week for the cycle.
Monday-Shoulders
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Chest
Thursday-Legs
Friday-Arms
I will be sticking to the basics for the most part. 2 compound lifts and 2 iso lifts (BB Shoulder Press, DB Press, Laterals, Front Raises is shoulders for example)
Rep range will be 6-12 pyramid style. Only weird thing I do is I do two warmups and then do 8 reps, then add weight for 8 reps, then go as heavy as I can for 6 reps, I then go back to first or second weight depending on how I feel and do 12 good reps. So it's 4 sets for each heavy exercise.
For the iso lifts I generally lift in the 10-12 range for 3 sets. Progressive resistance style, but VERY strict.
For example: If I do 40lb DB's for Front Raises and get all 3 sets I will move up next week. If I don't get all 3 I use the same weight till I do. I'm very strict with the iso movements.
