Cycle layout! Winter Bulker Log

Stats:

24yo, 5'10 if I stand straight, lol, 225lbs around 12%bf

Cycle History:

One real cycle done a while back (500mg Test E 1-10 & 25mg Dbol 1-5)
Second cycle was ruined in 3-4th week due to marriage ending and a kidney ailment (not AAS related, genetic, clean bill of health from MD)

Planned Cycle:

Jolfa Onmas 250mg/ml @ 500mg weeks 1-10 (2ccs on Saturday)
British Dragon Decabol250mg/ml @ 500mg weeks 1-10 (2ccs on Sunday)
Methanabol by British Dragon 10mg/tab @ 40mg/day weeks 1-5 (1 tab every 5 hours upon waking)

Plenty of Nolva on hand incase of gyno.
Will be running the Clomid & Nolva PCT protocol when it's time.

Diet:

I will be on a 4500 calorie diet to start with about 400g Protein/day and 600g Carbohydrates/day. Somewhere around 125-150g of Fats/day.

Training:

I'll be doing five days a week for the cycle.

Monday-Shoulders
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Chest
Thursday-Legs
Friday-Arms

I will be sticking to the basics for the most part. 2 compound lifts and 2 iso lifts (BB Shoulder Press, DB Press, Laterals, Front Raises is shoulders for example)

Rep range will be 6-12 pyramid style. Only weird thing I do is I do two warmups and then do 8 reps, then add weight for 8 reps, then go as heavy as I can for 6 reps, I then go back to first or second weight depending on how I feel and do 12 good reps. So it's 4 sets for each heavy exercise.

For the iso lifts I generally lift in the 10-12 range for 3 sets. Progressive resistance style, but VERY strict.

For example: If I do 40lb DB's for Front Raises and get all 3 sets I will move up next week. If I don't get all 3 I use the same weight till I do. I'm very strict with the iso movements.

PS---Im no longer depressed from the "situation" I was in. Thanks everyone who supported me thru that!!! You guys are all great.

all looks and sounds good and glad to hear your recovered from the "situation" only thing i would consider changing with the omna and deca just combine them and do 1cc each monday (1cc omna+ 1cc deca) and again thursday 1+1, only reason for that is more of an even blood lovel for ya and to space out the test to get "some" advantge of the little prop in it....in any event good luck and keep us up to date.......
 
glad to hear u got ur life back in order and are ready to enjoy the best drugs in the world. cycle lay out looks good and well planned....on a non related note i made me think i shouldnt even thinkg about marriage until im in my mid to late 20''s

In a non-related reply, It greatly depends on the person IMO. She wasn't ready, I was...I might be switching the shots to Mon/Thurs.

Nothing too much Mak, just enjoying the single life and shit.

Oh you know I want to be running 750mg like Sweed, but I just got that clean bill of health and gotta worry about that first.

I got the ok to jump on AAS so if this goes well, I will be a "largish" cycle for the spring/summer...

Oh yeah, Needsize if after this cycle we might have to talk about having a go sometime next summer!

FYI, I'll be using the thought of going against you as my inspiration to not let life depress me and ruin this cycle...

I'm down, but it will have to depend on the nature of the contest as I dont plan on dieting down that lean again for quite a while. Right now its all about mass, which is how it normally is for me. I may drop some chub for the summer, but I'll have to see
Glad to see you are back on track though, life threw you a nasty set back there, so its good to see you working past it, I know its not easy

Depending on this cycle (Dec 10thish to End of Feb) I might just slim down a bit and then clean bulk for the summer.
