I am wanting some opinions on what to take. Im 27 and have been lifting since i was a kid but really started lifting right and dieting right for the past five. The first thing i ever did was finaplex. Of course did it wrong . No pct or anything so i lost my gains and i developed the small gyno knots. I have constantly struggled with them since then, and that was about when i was 18 or so. I took the fina probably two or three different times over the course of the next two years and definitely got some gains from it . I just wish i could go back and redo it correclty.
Around twenty two years old I tried sustenon and deca and really loved it, I got really good gains on it but i was slack with my pct and of course lost lots of it . I have finally realized the importance of good post cycle therapy and will definitley do it right from here on out. Since then i have mainly just done orals like RPN's Havoc, and Kilosports Trenadrol. The only thing is it seems that what gyno knots I do have always flair up when Take anything. I remeber that it didnt flair up at all with the sustenon and deca, dont know if that was luck or what. I know that im definitely prone to it now so surgery will most definitely be in my future. I want some opinions on what a really good cylce to put on some solid weight with minimal water and bloat would be. I have read up on enanthate with equipoise and that sounds good, like maybe what im wanting to do. I got my bodyfat checked and at the moment im 5'8 180 at 9.7% bf. I would like the BF to stay about the same but would love to see 190, 195 . Any advice on what to take? proper pct whole nine yards. Thanks
