Cutting starting October until 6%bf

Hey k. I'm like 170lbs, 13% bf, maybe even 14%. The lowest I've been was 10% in June... I'm looking to go down to 6%, maybe 7%.. Like I'm gonna keep cutting until I look in the mirror and see what I like.. I want to cut until feburary or march..
So I'm looking to cut my body fat in half within 5 months...

Stats:
5'11
170lbs
13%bf
19years old

What should my diet look like? Also take into consideration that I'm going to be doing 4 sets of 15-20 reps for excersises, I do all key excersises, my routine is good, I just need dietary help.. I'm looking to do this as fast as possible and willing to sacrifice all bad foods which I actually don't even eat anymore, but I need help and I want to do this ASAP... Help?
 
and why exactly would you wanna go that far ? trust me worthless if you are not competing.

if you think you can maintain this lean year round you are fooling yourself. set a more realistic goal of 9-10% and do your self a favor and lean bulk from there to say 12-13 then cut again you will still look good and everytime you keep lean bulking you will look better and better even at the higher end of the fat percentage.
 
I would agree with the above poster. It's tough to get that low and most guys sub 10% start feeling like death. I know it's great to think about getting that low but not realistic to maintain it, unless you're going to step on stage.

Ok let's say 8-9 because I'm stubborn ;) You think you could give me some numbers to go by? What I have so far (which could probably be improved) is..

5'11
12-13bf
170lbs


1500calories
200g protein
100g fat
20g carbs

If that's not good, what do u guys think I should be at?
 
You're doing keto diet? 20 g carbs... It's great to cut fat but make sure you get a carb up in sometimes or you'll burn out hard. I did it for a while, works wonders .
The 15-20 rep range I'm not sure about... I've heard a lot of people saying it burns fat.... But at heavier weight, compounds, lower reps, it results in pretty decent gains and fat loss with proper diet.
1500 is low from a glance but I'll let others correct me. Try not to stay low all the time (ie the carb up once a fortnight)
