Im so used to waking up having my protein shake first thing
Now that im cutting Should i Do my cardio Then have my first shake
OR can i have my first protein when i wake up
30 grams protein 2 grams carbs less then 1 gram fat ?
Or should i do my cardio On totally empty stomach
But i dont want to starve my body of protein after the nights fast :> :> :> :> :> :> :>
