Cutting Protein shake before cardio ?

Im so used to waking up having my protein shake first thing
Now that im cutting Should i Do my cardio Then have my first shake
OR can i have my first protein when i wake up
30 grams protein 2 grams carbs less then 1 gram fat ?
Or should i do my cardio On totally empty stomach

But i dont want to starve my body of protein after the nights fast :> :> :> :> :> :> :>

What I've been told is that it depends on the amount and intensity of the cardio. If you are doing 20-30 min at a moderate pace, then on an empty stomach is ok. Anything more, try and have a bowl of oatmeal 30-45 min before cardio. In both cases, have the protein shake after the cardio.
 
when the body is depleted of carbs it will turn it into carbs.-im not sure about the exact science .thats why those on no carbs diet avoid whey protein for the most part

most guys avoid soy protein becuase of its effect on estrogen levels
 
Do you know anyone that makes low carb shakes with whey? When I have looked at all the low carb shakes they are always soy! I guess I am confused.
 
I use whey protein by body burn
called whey less
25 grams protein 2 grams cabs
and a whole bunch of other stuff
5htp
green tea extract
hca
black peper fruit
guarana
white willow extract :)

Try Beverly International's 'Muscle Provider'. Its a competition protein with Whey and also Egg White (Albumin). Super low carb/fat. I would still do the black coffee cardio session if your doing it to lean down, but no more than 20-mins super high intensity without food.

Amino acids are converted to glucose (gluconeogenesis?) under circumstances that mr. fonixer should not encounter during his regular morning cardio. Correct me if i'm wrong...
