Cutting Diet Help

Are walnuts a better choice than almonds?
walnuts have a high EFA content, almonds don't.
I had picked almonds because I read that they increase testosterone levels.
not to any exent that can be useful or beneficial

Also, Is there a good place on the internet to order glutamine, UDO's choice/flaxseed oil, fiber, and dextrose? I dont want to buy the stuff from GNC.
GNC is not that bad of a store, but a link was posted here (down below) or you can google it

Lastly, what is a better brand of protein to consume instead of ON whey for my shakes during the day? I bought the ON whey because there is a guy in my town who sells it real cheap at his shop
see if the guy sells EGG white protein
 
I made some changes to my diet, put in chicken for turkey, etc. and added up all of the nutrional content to analyze it better.

Can you guys look at these numbers and help me tweak it out to be ideal for my cutting diet.
