INCLINE DUMBBELL FLYS 3 SETS
HAMMER STRENGTH FLY PRESS 3 SETS EACH TO FAILURE
MAYBE DIPS 2TO3 SETS WEIGHTED
I WOULD LIKE TO TRY THIS FOR SIX WEEKS WHAT DO U GUYS THINK?
u definitely dont need the dips, u r already doing very high volume which u might not even need that much, though if each of those exercises are pyramiding up to a weight to failure the first 4 look fine.
