I have been working out at home for 1 year. I'm hoping going to this new hardcore gym will help my gains skyrocket. It's been hard doing all exercises with only 0.1kg and 10kg increments. Anyway here's my new mass gain workout, took me 6 weeks to devise, after reading loads of articles. I have 3 splits, so I can change it up every 2-3 weeks so as to shock my muscles into new growth.
