I do a diet that is called Metabolic diet from Dr Mauro Di Pasquale. I've had some success with it but, would like to post up my day to day to get some info or tips from the guys on here.
My maitenence calories is around 2400 a day. I'm 6 foot tall and around 195lbs right now and a little to much body fat right now.
I start off with 3 eggs with some all natural peanut butter.
Off to gym and have a protein shake after workout. Around 140 cal with 5carbs 30 protein I cant remember how much fat.
2 hours later a salad with a head of Broccoli some peppers onions and tomatoes with 1tbsp and half of olive oil.
my next 2-3 meals consist of 8 oz piece of meat per meal, spread out over a number of hours.
A protein shake and some supplements including around 7000mg of fish oil.

I forgot to add the diet is a carb shift. So Monday to Friday low carbs, which i posted and Saturday and Sunday is time to carb up.
Now the past few months the weekends i've been over indulging a little but, need to get it together on the weekend before I do any roids.
