holy fuck my other post got thrown WAY up there.. go back and answer it biteme..

also.. so you know.. i've been living on the cheap as well.. my diet, except for the past week b/c i've been a pig, has been purely bagels and fat free cream cheese, a few servings of 1.5-2 cups brown rice (cooked in rice cooker) and a can of tuna or chicken breast, then a few chick breasts or cans of tuna (only $.44 at super k) and some veggies and a whole wheat pita for dinner.. for like the past 3 or 4 months or so.. i'm going back on this come monday.. i did the run down on my rice/tuna meals the other day and they came out to under a dollar..

come monday..
it'll be alright..

here's my breakfast every day - oatmeal, tbsp peanut butter, scoop of vanilla whey......it's good

May have to try that. I find that I can eat quite a lot of fat( mainly healthy fats) and still remain lean. I remember the days when everyone tried to eat almost no fat in their diet.

My cholesterol was 132 last year. I agree your diet is healthy. Why are you so interested in my weight? 197 at 5'9".
The song really doesn't say brown lonely haze, I don't know what is says. Just sounds like that. Ciao
