Looks great! The only thing I would do is start the fina on week 8. Since u have EQ and Sust u would start clomid 3 weeks after last shot, starting the fina week 8 means u can start clomid at the end of week 13 right when u finish the fina. Plus your liver gets a little rest bofore u hit it again. Oh, also run the d's for another week.

Week 1-10 400mg EQ
Week 1-10 500mg Sust
Week 1-5 30mg/day D-bol
Week 8-13 75mg/day Fina
Week 14 100mg/day Clomid
week 15-16 50mg/day clomid

Also don't forget about nolvadex or arimidex.
