where did you get 12.2 from??? What is that? The person who I did the study for dragggggs with the BF numbers so I dont even bother. I just care about the skin fold #'s. I would like to know my BF though...now that I think about it but I dont wanna get discouraged since it will be too high for a contest. In the beginning of the thread, I thought i was bad at the numbers she emailed me, and later found out she gave me some else's info. I was told I was 151lbs and 21% (i think) when I was like 176lbs and 31% ...OMG!

Go with what ever the hydro testing gave you it is far superior to skin fold testing.
