mrzap New member Dec 15, 2004 #2 Ya dude hitup the Kirkland frozen chicken breasts, canned chicken, and if you are down with fish get the frozen salmon fillets. If it is a clean bulk pickup a sack of brown rice If it is a dirty bulk pickup a palette of chocolate muffins

T Texas Ranger New member Dec 15, 2004 #3 Stop off at Sam's and pick up cans of shrink wrapped Tuna, Chicken Breast, Whole Eggs, Lean Steak, Ground Meat(93% or better), Brown Rice, and Oatmeal.
