Ok this is really frustrating and pissing me off since iv been lifting iv been getting results at the end of each month but now i can't seem to break 70kg pft, my meal times arnt great as I do split shifts but it's clean and instead of eating small meals through out the day I have two large meals with shakes inbetween witch are O.N. serious mass, if its not my diet I may need to look at my training but that was fine until now iv been upping the weight accordingly :-/

Any help would be appreciated :-/

Whats ur current training routine and detailed diet?

I start work at 9:30am and have a shake though till 2:30pm then I train from 3:00pm till 4:00pm and have lunch at 4:30pm I have a large portion of red meat useably eye fillet then back to work at 5:00pm and take a shake and finish work at 9:30pm then have tea witch is useably chicken of fish.

Workout plan
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - shoulders/abs
Friday - bicep/triceps/abs

I started at 65kg and now I'm stuck at 70kg :-/

Yeah you're just not eating enough to gain. Figure out how to sneak Cal's into your day. Eat in the morning man! Eggs or other real protein, shakes don't count.

I figured out a cutting diet in the spring, now I'm enjoying eating a shitload. Make it happen. Eating every 3 hours isn't mandatory, but its the easiest way to take down the cals. I've gained near 10 pounds in a month just by eating aggressively(now183,5'9") after a cut, and have only put on a bit more bf. I still train like a mofo though, and just started a cycle 5 days ago for what that's worth. Your training might need a revisit, but u definitely aren't eating enough per day.

Your missing the most important meal of the day which is break fast. Eat 12 eggs, 8 white and 4 whole, 6 pancakes with penut butter on top, and a banana. Then for lunch eat a pound of lean beef with some hamburger helper, and 2-3 cups of rice mixed in. For dinner eat 12-16 ozs of steak or chicken with 2 baked potatoes or 2-3 cups of rice. Theres you 3 basic meals. Along with that, try and sneak in a couple snackes. For instance take 10 oz grilled chicken with a cup of rice, and some beans and put it in a tortilla. A meal on the go. Dont rely on shakes as your primary source of nutrition.

Thanks yeah that was my main worry that I wasn't eating enough I find it hard to stomach food early in the morning (soft)

Dont eat late at night so when you wake up your starving. You also have to train your body to be hungry more often. That comes with gradually increasing meal size and frequency. Those shakes will also kill appetite.
