First off you havent mentioned that you have clomid or not. You need clomid so if you dont have it, get it!
Coming off I would suggest a high protein diet, lighten off on your training a little, increase of glutamine intake and some methoxy-7 as well as phosphatidylserine.
j/k I've got plenty of clomid. I've heard the phosphatidyl serine is good but you need shitloads of it. For now it looks like I'll be starting a "cycle" of methoxytest by pinnacle.
Protein, creatine(10 gr ED), glutammine(10/15 gr ED), a good multi VIT and MIN, 1g of Vit C ED, ZMA, ALC,ECA no junk food and a lot of rest that's all.
