The 'Dog Series' is kinda like Dand-lite. It doesn't have certain parts of the Dands that could cause injury (or re-injure). www.trainfrostregnth.com is a good site as well.

Speaking from experience, I would leave Hindu pushups off my list of exercises while recovering from an injury. When you're all healthy they can definitely get conditioning going.
