if i start getin a lil bloated i drink coffee 3-4 big cups a day makes my work outs more intense and takes the water weight right off me like crazy i love it, i just make sure i drink a shit load of water too....bad things insomnia, pissin every 10 mins and somtimes gets hard to concentrate....just curious if im the only one who does this plus im bored and post whoring
