if i start getin a lil bloated i drink coffee 3-4 big cups a day makes my work outs more intense and takes the water weight right off me like crazy i love it, i just make sure i drink a shit load of water too....bad things insomnia, pissin every 10 mins and somtimes gets hard to concentrate....just curious if im the only one who does this plus im bored and post whoring
 
If I make the coffee too strong I get sick to my guy. I use Splenda and Silk creamer but nothing calorically dense. If I do something like Starbucks I tend to get a little sick.
 
Coffee Depletes your body of vitamins and minerals,I'm guilty of it also,but for a great workout i use stimulent X or Omega's Lipostim,if either is not available then 2 goody powders works well also.

coffee seems to bloat me a little??
 
i drink quite alot of coffee, doesnt make me bloated, make me piss alot or stop me sleeping. Just wakes me up if Im feeling tired or hypes me up for the gym...
 
most energy drinks have caffeine in them anyways...it gives energy for sure, but consuming coffee within 45 minutes after a meal (seems to be a habit) fucks up with your protein intake
 
I drink a few cups of coffee a day, I drink it black.
It doesn't really provide much for me in the ways of energy or anything. I can drink a cup of coffee then have a nap no problem.
 
I notice a definate difference due to the morning redeye. It helps my old life sync with the daily game plan and is a noticable factor in keeping the weight down.

Mild buzz makes work more tolerable during those critical morning hours.
